Our Process

At PropTech Angels, we believe that the key to successful startup investing is identifying potential. We do this by the following 3 step process:

1. PropTech members invest across the Seed to series B stages, providing capital and support to start-ups at various levels of maturity. We remain open to later-stage investments that align with our mandate.
2. PropTech members invest in start-ups with a maximum valuation of $20M looking to raise $4M or under.
3. The start-up should be able to demonstrate traction relevant to its stage and valuation.
